GolfBC Rewards Program has been Discontinued

Since the 2021 announcement of the program's discontinuation, we have regularly communicated updates and reminders to ensure cardholders were aware of the three-year phase-out period to redeem any outstanding points. We want to sincerely thank and acknowledge all the members and guests who took the opportunity to redeem their points during this time.

We are grateful for the 25 years of shared experiences and your continued patronage of GolfBC. While the Rewards Program has come to a close, we will continue to reward loyalty in the many ways we have been doing so year over year: our licensed and annual Membership programs, multi-round pass discounts at select properties, online tee time specials, and numerous seasonal promotions offered regularly at all our golf courses – including in the Golf Shops, Golf Academies and Restaurants.

A: The last day to earn points was January 31, 2022.

A: At time of the announcement, Cardholders had 3 years to use up their points. The final day to redeem points was December 31, 2024.

A: As of January 1, 2025, any and all outstanding points have been forfeited.

Originally launched in 2001, the GolfBC Rewards Program was one of the first real-time electronic rewards programs in our industry. For over twenty years we have kept the program relatively un-changed and simple: to award points for purchases and activities that can be redeemed for golf. However, after years of evaluation and analysis, we find that there is a clear need for the program to be halted, re-imagined, and rebuilt to suit the needs of Members, Passholders, Guests, and GolfBC properties alike.

At this time, there is no immediate plan for a new Rewards Program. We are evaluating industry and consumer trends and technology solutions, and will continue to explore options for a re-imagined or updated loyalty program. Until then, we already offer a number of programs and specials to reward loyalty, through our licensed and annual Membership programs, multi-round pass discounts at select properties, last minute tee time specials, and numerous seasonal promotions offered regularly at all our golf courses – including in the Golf Shops, Golf Academies and Restaurants.
